What we collect

If you never sign in, FRC Hub collects nothing — your Season Tracker progress, saved grants, and theme choice are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), and never leave your device.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, and store: your email (to identify your account), a display name and avatar color you can customize, your team number/name/district if you set one, and your Season Tracker progress and saved grants so they sync across your devices.

Students and minors

Many FRC Hub users are students, including some under 18. We only ask for a team number and an optional display name — never a full legal name, age, home address, or phone number. Forum posts are shown under your team identity ("Team 1234"), not your name or email. If you're under 13, check with a parent or mentor before creating an account; this site does not currently have a separate guardian-consent flow, so a mentor or parent should help set it up.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or other third parties. We don't show your email or full name to other teams. The only other FRC Hub users who can see your team's Season Tracker data are your own teammates.

Your account

You can change your display name, avatar color, and forum signature any time from the Account page. To delete your account and all associated data, or to request an export of it, use the "Contact" link in the footer and mention the Google account you signed in with — we'll handle it by hand, since this project doesn't yet have a self-serve delete/export button.
